By accessing or using DripList ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use DripList. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at business.driplist@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, limitations, or other restrictions is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.
DripList is a platform for tracking, sharing, and discovering movies and TV shows. You may use the Service to create watchlists, write reviews, follow other users, and engage with content in a respectful and lawful manner.
You agree not to: post harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content; impersonate any person or entity; spam or flood the platform with unsolicited content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; scrape or harvest data from DripList without explicit permission; or use the Service for any illegal purpose.
All reviews, comments, and other content you submit must be your own original work. Content that infringes on intellectual property rights, contains spoilers without appropriate warnings, or promotes hate speech will be removed and may result in account suspension.
You retain ownership of any content you create and post on DripList, including reviews, lists, and comments. By submitting content, you grant DripList a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. DripList does not endorse any user-generated content and is not liable for any content posted by users. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.
Content you mark as public (e.g., public lists, reviews) may be visible to all users and indexed by search engines. Exercise caution when sharing personal opinions or sensitive information publicly.
The DripList name, logo, platform design, and all related software are the exclusive property of DripList and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Movie and TV show data, images, and metadata displayed on DripList are sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) and other licensed providers. This content remains the property of its respective rights holders. DripList does not host or distribute any copyrighted media files.
Your use of DripList is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
DripList is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
While we strive to provide accurate movie and TV show information, DripList does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any content on the platform. All information is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DripList shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall DripList's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service exceed the greater of the amount you paid to DripList in the past twelve months, or $10.
You may stop using DripList and delete your account at any time by mailing us at business.driplist@gmail.com with proofs that you own that account. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in harmful behavior, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of DripList after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
